Practical Engineering for Residential Development
Engineering solutions for residential development in the Rochester area and Finger Lakes.
Services.
Residential Site Plans + Grading
We develop site plans and grading plans for residential development to meet local permitting requirements while minimizing site disturbance and environmental impact. We work with local municipalities to meet site and permitting requirements.
Septic System Design
We design on-site wastewater treatment systems, typically known as septic systems, to meet state and local requirements. We can determine the best system for the site, conventional or alternative, and provide a detailed design and specifications for construction.
Property Feasibility Assessment
Looking for the right place to build? We can evaluate your property for environmental and site constraints before you invest. Our assessment may identify wetlands, steep slopes, septic limitations and other factors that could affect development and construction costs.
Indoor Air Quality Assessments
Concerned about mold, radon, VOCs, or other indoor air quality issues? We test for a wide range of indoor air pollutants and provide a course of action to achieve healthier indoor air.
